Tips on things you can do that will help someone else out on your birthday. This year I decided to help others on my birthday instead of waiting for a birthday gift that in most cases will never show up. Here are 3 things I decided to do for others on my birthday:
drive thru love
I paid for the car behind me while in the drive thru. One place that I really like to do this at is Chic-Fil-A. Why? Well for one, their customer service is always great and they make you feel welcomed when you pull up to the line. So I thought, why not do this for the person behind me. They can use their Chic-Fil-A money on gas or even on the car behind them.
CASH APP
Send cash to a random person on IG through Cash App. I am sure you’ve scrolled through your IG and seen people with their Cash App info in their bio or even in the comment section of a post. Well, I took a chance and decided to send money to one of them. Of course I vetted them out first, then I sent the money to them. Hopefully they will be able to do something nice with it.
Found a cause on Crowd fund or Kick starter and donate to it.
I love to see people doing something amazing in the community and looking for investors or just even a person willing to give them a couple of dollars for that extra push. Well that person was me! I found one cause I thought was truly worth my time and money, so I decided to make a small contribution to their work.
God has blessed me with everything that I need in my life, so why not do my part as a human being and help out someone else? You know blessings come in all sort of packages and it just warms my heart to see that smile on someone’s face when I have the opportunity to help them. Every little bit counts. Maybe you would try this method out one day to see for yourself. You never know, this one small blessing may cause a great domino effect and that person will do the same for the next stranger.
I am vowing to do this every year and hopefully I can increase my list to more things/people to contribute to. Will you take this challenge? Simply start little by little and make your way up to the big fish!
