How can I place an order?
You can place your order in 3 different ways: Call in the order over the phone, place your order online, or place your order in person.
Can I pick up my order instead of getting it delivered?
Yes. Orders may be arranged for local pick up by appointment only. After you have placed your order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will send your local pick up appointment and location. Local pick up is only available Tuesdays through Saturdays.
What cities do you deliver to?
We only deliver to the following areas: Portsmouth, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Newport News, Suffolk, Hampton, and Chesapeake. Your order must total to at least $25 in order to have it delivered to the above cities.
How far in advance will I need to place my order for a custom 3-D cake?
All cake orders must be placed within 2 weeks prior to the desired delivery or pick up date. Pastry orders must be placed within 4 days prior to the desired delivery or pick up date; unless same day order option is available.
How much are your wedding cakes?
Our prices for wedding cakes vary based on size, detail, and servings. Please contact us to schedule a consultation for your wedding cake.
Can I order a cake or pastry item that is not on your menu?
We suggest that you order items from our menu, but if you have a special request we will try our best to accommodate the order for you.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We ship to all states within the US as well as all US territories; which includes APO addresses. Only selected items qualify for international shipping. Please check below and in the product description for the International Shipping Icon before you purchase.
Is the Free Shipping applicable to International shipments?
Free shipping is only applicable for orders shipping inside of the US. International Shipping is not available for free shipping.
What are the shipping options?
Can I change my order after I have already purchased it?
For cake orders, you may make any changes to your order 7 days before the delivery or pick up date. For pastry orders, you may make changes to your order 3 days before the delivery or pick up date. Any changes after those times may not be granted if time does not permit.
What if I need to cancel my order?
The customer must notify us within 7 days before the desired delivery or pick up date to cancel an order. We do not provide cash or credit card refunds, only store credit. The store credit does not expire and can only be used with us on this site. Once a customer has physically received any of our orders it is considered fulfilled and we cannot accept the item(s) back. It is always best to contact us with any questions you may have prior to placing your order.
